When you sign up, you choose your business type. That choice determines which exclusive tools you get. A freelancer doesn't need POS import. A rental shop doesn't need POS export mapping. We don't show features that don't belong in your workspace.
Your business type is set once at signup. The only feature exclusive to a specific type is Rental Management — everything else including Sales Snap and CSV import is available to all business types.
